Looks great! I've used the same recipe and method a couple times now with great results. I even use the same type of funnel! Have you tried putting cinnamon sticks in secondary with this recipe? I'm trying it now, not sure how it will come out.

Yeah ive tried the cinnamon sticks before. Not really a fan of cinnamon but i might have used to many in my secondary. I would go with just 1 stick per 3 gallons, now thats just my preference my favorite by far has been adding fresh cut up strawberries to my secondary, about a pound per gallon. I might do that with this batch come to think of it:)

Its so refreshing! Just remember to chop them up real good to get the most out of them. Leave them in the secondary until they look real nasty (week or two) then bottle away!

Finally got to transfer into my secondary. It looks like a little less than 2.5 gallons. Looks like a good color. I added 2lbs of strawberries. Couple more weeks and i will bottle it:)

The strawberries have been stripped of their red coloring but have not really deteriorated like in the past batches ive done.

Do you sanitize the cinnamon when adding it to the secondary? I will be doing my first cider soon and have considered cinnamon.
