my first stout please help!

Hey everyone! Well I'm a little worried about the yeast? How long would it take to start fermentation? Cause I did an English bitter and fermentation started within 24hrs now this batch isn't taking off??? What do I do? Any input will be awesome! Thanks and happy brewing!

Bro - it's all good! We all were anxious about those first few brews. At least you have the internet now - a lot of us suffered in silence as we wondered if the brew would work or kill us!
