I find Brulosophy helpful.

I like their test when they wanted to find out if tasters could tell the difference between dry hopping and being repeatedly struck on the back of the head with a brick.

Twenty tasters were used, meaning that at least eleven positive results would be needed for statistical significance.

In the end, only seven tasters could perceive any difference between tasting a beer that used dry hopping, compared to just sitting there and being repeatedly struck on the back of the head wth a brick.

Accordingly, there is no meaningful difference between the two methods.

Another sacred cow laid to rest.

I’m giving two 👍👍 for the German Lager, but I could be swayed by the WC Pilsner.

Getting ready to celebrate Friday at a nearby brewery that lets overnight RVers stay the night (park free). I’ll post pics and beer reviews on the ‘other’ thread so as not to be called a hijacker. At least I won’t be getting any DUIs.
