You are about 3 months ahead of me! I started with the control panel...going to start my keggle set soon.

Can I get by with one pump for awhile, if I just keep moving hoses? I didnt think both pumps are used simultaneously during the brewing process but since I have not tried it yet, Im not sure. Your kettles look great though. Do you have a thread with pictures of the kettle builds?

NewBrewB: If you pump all your sparge water into the mash tun before mash out to the brew kettle you only need one pump. This is often done in small commercial breweries.

without the two pumps you either have to batch sparge, or you can run off your first runnings into a lower smaller pot or bucket using gravity. Both are easy enough but not as cool as two pumps.

Its still a virgin
I have so much to do
finish control box
install water filter
find brew club in utah..
