got a Mr.Beer been playing with it and decide to try something new this will be a 2 gallon batch and if you see anything i need to change to help me just post it up. ok heres what i was thinking.
1/4 pound of chocolate malt grains
1/2 pound of crystal 40
1/2 pound of crystal 60
1/2 pound of honey malt grains
2 pounds of two row
1/2 oz of US Goldings hops boiled for 30 mins
SG = 1.049
FG = 10.12
IB = 13
Color = 23
What dry yeast would you use?
