Just stumbled across this thread and decided to post since I'm brewing a Nelson Sauvin-Mosaic APA this weekend. I have 2 oz NS to which I'm adding 1 oz Mosaic split equally at 10 & 0 minute additions in 4 gallons. First time using NS. Thinking something like this:

APA (4 gal, 5% abv)
77% 2 Row
15% Wheat
5% Munich
3% C40
Warrior @ 60 to ~10 IBU
1oz NS + 0.5oz Mosaic @ 10 & 0
WY 1275 Thames Valley

Let us know how it turns out

I had a commercial Nelson IPA that was dry hopped with Mosaic and it was unreal. Seriously one of the best beers I've ever had. Those hops do pair well together.

can we get an update? filling up my cart with ingredients!

Sure, sorry I forgot to report back. It was decent but not mindblowing. The NS hops came across well enough (kinda citrusy) but not really all that unique. Domestic C hops do the same for less money. The mosaic is more interesting and IMHO. That said, I got my NS hops from my LHBS and they store them in a clear glass refrigerator. I find the hops from there can lose some character due to light exposure. I'd be tempted to use centennial or citra with the mosaic next time. Currently have a mosaic/chinook IPA on the go. Will be interesting to see how this combo works out.
