Brewed it before using just the kit ingredients and it turned out great. WLP001. I was very pleased with the results! I'm brewing it again so I figured "Why not FK it up?"

Want to add pumpkin to it. Or something. Maybe just spices. Not sure what the pumpkin will contribute but I'm hoping for a softer mouthfeel. Do I...

A) leave well enough alone

B) add some more spices

C) add canned pumpkin
C1) If yes, do I add any spice to that / bake it / etc

D) add pumpkin pulp (I don't want to be bothered carving up a pumpkin but if it "makes all the difference"...)

E) If yes to either B, C, or D, when to add? Mash, boil, FV, keg?
