Right now I have in secondary a 5 gallon extract batch of milk stout from moorebeer.com with 12oz of toasted cocunut flakes. I have read that the coconut oil from the flakes kill head retention and I have seen some pics in the forums with some flat stouts. This stout recipe calls for 4oz of corn sugar for priming, do you guys think it would be a good idea to pump to 5oz or 6oz to help with carbonation. Thanks in advance!
