I got 4 gallons of Sterosol Milkstone Remover and Acid Rinse from my local ACE Hardware today, link here:
https://www.truevalue.com/product/sterosol-milkstone-remover-acid-rinse-1-gal/

They had to special order it, but it was only $90 for 4 gallons, I had to buy four. The directions were meant for the dairy industry. What I ended up doing is using about 3 tablespoons of the remover for 5 gallons of water at about 130F water. I will soak it overnight. It seems like it's working. Does anybody know it this it what I should have done?

The label says:
Phosphoric acid 75% solution 56.33%
Is this stuff dangerous if I get it on me?

Thanks

Yep, it'll cause nasty burns if you get it on your skin. Wear rubber gloves and eye protection. Also, might be a good idea to find their MSDS.

It will also eat into some surfaces. I spilled a little Starsan concentrate on a wood surface once and it left a black "burn" mark.

$90 is a lot to spend on beer stone remover. Hot PBW soak followed by a 4% citric acid soak is very effective and you get the added benefit of passivating the stainless. There's nothing wrong with using it, perhaps just could have had a less expensive way.

Yes, the kind of acid capable of dissolving calcium oxalate will also hurt your skin and eyes especially in the concentrated form. Once it's diluted, it's irritating but not much more than diluted starsan.

Don't think the $90 for 4 gallons was that much of a deal at $22.50 per gallon, I ordered some on sale online at Tractor Supply last month for $19 for a gallon and right now it's normal price is $21.50. But hey you have what may be a lifetime supply! ;)

Ace Hardware sells it for $20.99 with tax it's about $22.50. I called Tractor Supply and nobody mentioned special ordering it. I'm going to try to sell some of it.
