Mash Tun build and brew day

Today the boss and I built my first mash tun and are brewing an English Brown Ale. Two beers each and we have the mash tun built and are finalizing the recipe. Here's some pics:

The new mash tun works great! Brewed an English Brown Ale, it came out at 1.044... three hours after pitching my airlock is bubbling. The math says I got 79% efficiency out of it... couple more brews and I'll have her dialed in. My previous brews were BIAB...which worked good, but it is hard to beat mashing in an insulated tun.
