Hi.
I am quite new to homebrewing as per my experience and results with it.
I brew Biab and recently built a rectangular cooler mash tun (50 ltr). I brewed a 10 ltr belgian wit with it in which i wasnt able to reach the target temp of 65c. Dont know why. I tried putting boiled water into it a lot of times. But my thermometers didnt go up much.
Ok so i have leftovers like safale T 58 yeast from this kit and cascade hops around 12 gms.
Can i brew a beer with them?
I have ordered a simple grist for it but would like some expert advice here. I am attaching the screenshot of planned recipe.
Let me know what changes can be done.
Please mind i have not brewed my own recipe before hence please not planning to spend much. I might add oats to that from a local shop. Can we use any plain oats available in super market?
