Hey,

My weekends are getting full. I still want to brew. Has anyone had experience with doing the mash process on a Friday and brewing the beer the next day? I can keep the wort refrigerated. Apriciate the help

Are you willing to change your process, buy a little equipment, and use some techniques that are not mainstream to cut your brew day by half or to even less?

You'll really need to boil the wort for a bit if you do this, 5-10m. Grain is crawling with bacteria and if you let it sit overnight, even in the fridge, it will get nasty.

Thanks for the input, I will just stick to my usual routine. I am already VERY capable of screwing up without making it more complicated.
