Maple syrup

Question:. You've just been given a qt of maple syrup to use as you wish. What would you brew with it?

Maple syrup is very difficult to get into the final product. Most of it will ferment out. I'd brew a porter or stout and add after fermentation, but also buy some high quality maple extract to supplement. Not crap from a grocery store, but a high quality vendor online.
