OK, I posted earlier about some ideas for this and just brewed it tonight. This is EXTREMELY experimental and I have no idea what to expect. I wanted to make another hefeweizen on the wlp300 yeast cake from my dunkel, well, I went a little crazy. Here's what I've done:

6lbs Wheat Malt
3lbs Pale Malt
2lbs Munich malt
.75lb Chocolate
.25lb Black Barley
.25lb Special B

60min 1oz Hallertauer
40min .25oz Fuggles
30min .25oz Fuggles
20min .25 oz Fuggles
10min .25oz Fuggles

Thrown on WLP300 German Hefeweizen Yeast Cake....

Wort smelled delicious... I guess we'll see :D. I'll keep this thread updated as things happen, boil is almost done and I will post the OG when I get a reading.

that's a strong wheat beer. i did kinda the same thing, with my DBWB listed in my sig. smells great on mine, too! i think they'll be really good. Mine's almost ready to bottle. i'll post my ingredients later when i get home!

Good Luck! :mug:
