Wyeast 2206 I ferment at 7° C for lagers. No D rest needed. Pitch a lot of yeast, harvest, and repitch. It only gets stronger and better every time. Reference: http://www.********************/uncategorized/lager-yeast-there-has-to-be-an-easier-way/
 
Basically any lager yeast can ferment down to 45, lower than that and you're getting close to the point (about 40°F) where yeast metabolism slows down to almost nothing and it becomes really impractical.
 
I'd try 34/70 as it seems like it's a slow floccing guy. I've seen pressure buildup at 4C.
