Love temp controller ts-3 says off

Checked all the wires everything looks good
Maybe the controller is shot

The only place the TS3 product manual shows "Off" is in the defrost menu setup. Any chance it's just sitting in the setup menu?

It's been working for like 3 years,today I went to check and thus is what I found I'll try later to go through the setup steps

Reprogrammed everything still says off I'm at a loss I think it's shot or the probe is bad
