My next brew is going to be a blueberry chocolate stout, but I'm not just going to do chocolate malt. I want a little more of an actual chocolate flavor and I'm not sure what I should use. I've noticed a lot of people use cocoa powder as their chocolate. Is this the best ingredient to use for a good chocolate flavor?
If so should I add it into the boil or rack on top of it?
