:mug:hi there, im trying to brew a Porter, i´ve only blonde ales experiences, so im looking for a flavor full all grain recipe, can any one suggest one? (sorry for my bad english), thanks in advance.

There are a few more in here. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f126/

Look at the reddish-brown bar at the top of every page and you will find a section called recipes. There are lots in there and it seems as though every one is tested and many are commented on and some have all grain and extract versions.

Listen to the "Can You Brew It" episode for Deschutes Black Butte porter. I believe someone typed up the recipe on HBT somewhere. I can't copy & post links from the app otherwise I would search for you.

Anchor Porter is also a good one. Below is the recipe. I havent brewed it yet, but the commercial beer is great!

Hello Hefesto,
I love Porters and have done a fair amount of research looking at the style. Ray Daniels "Designing Great Beers" has a real good chapter on Porter. A couple things I've found make a great Porter- use some Brown malt, and use chocolate malt and avoid the roast barley. The chocolate malt gives a dark, chocolate hint without much of the roastiness that roast barley gives to Stouts.
If you're interested I have a recipe on brewtoad that I think is real good: www.brewtoad.com/recipes/loghouse-honey-porter-2014
Hope you enjoy whatever recipe you settle on. Porters are Great! :mug:
