Looking for immersion heat element (120v) like this.

I'm looking to build a cheap sparge water heater from a stainless vessel (probably iced tea dispenser) and a 120v heating element. I don't want to drill holes so I'm hoping someone has seen an immersion heating element like the pic I've attached (that's from Australia) - I especially like how it's long and has a hook on the side.

Thanks, Onkel. That's a good find, but too expensive for me for this project.

Probably one of the many $15 immersion heaters on Amazon. The won't have hooks. they won't be that long and most max out at 1000W.
