last 2 batches of beer i made, i boiled 6lbs briess pilsener LME and hops for 60min, both came out too dark for what i was trying to do
for my newer batch i was advised to boil for only 30 min, and use more hops in the boil to compensate. So i did all that , and it looks way lighter, awesome.
I'm sure the color isn't the only thing that's going to be different in this beer, i'm wondering how the new 30min boil batch is going to be like, is it going to take the same fermentation time? bottle conditioning time? and how is the taste going to be different?
