Hi guys,
After brewing up a batch of American amber ale I have some leftover extract and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on what I could make with it. The extract I have left is as follows:
-1 kg CBW Golden Light LME
-0.5 kg Bavarian Wheat LME
-1 kg CBW Sparkling Amber LME
I plan to of course supplement these with other extracts and specialty grains as required by a recipe. Please let me know what you guys recommend.
