This may be second nature to many of you, but I was curious so I started searching around. I'm drinking a Uinta Detour DIPA right now, and I have to say this is one of the best IPAs I've ever had. So much so, I had to try to find a clone, and I cannot find one. It's always been hard for me to understand how some of these brewers get that full floral flavor with less bittering. This beer is just that - it's full bodied, highly floral, leaves a great aftertaste, and not too bitter although I believe IBU is at 74 - 76.
