I am designing an IPA recipe for the first time and wanted to see what some more experienced brewers thought. I will be using a hopback for the first time as well and am thinking about using a couple ounces of cascade, citra or simcoe for that. I am really looking for the hop aroma to standout and not just the bitterness. I also have not decided if I want to dry hop yet. I am trying to avoid any type of grassy notes and am not sure how much aroma the hopback is going to provide. I will be brewing with all whole leaf hops as of right now. Here is what I have come up with based on available grain/hops but I wouldn't have a problem getting something different if needed. Let me know what you think!
