Had this yesterday:

Wow was this ever sour, but in a way that I obviously enjoy. My stomach was not too happy by the time I finished the bottle though. A bowl of fries settled things back down. Beautiful beer with huge acidity and the raspberries are holding up well enough.

Agree, LPF with some age on it is one sour beast

What the hell is going on with etre and BIAB right now? This is the smallest selection of Loons I've ever seen.
That's why I finished off my last box with Pannepot. I mean, I was thinking about doing that anyway, but if there had been any Rose at all I'd probably have gotten some.

all of you people is what's going on now
White people...

I saw that the FT: Cantillon Friendship Blend got shut down, but I wanna know, were any bottles sold to go at all? How did that guy get those bottles?

None were, and he's probably lying about having them, though it's definitely not inconceivable that some leaked out.

Bottles of Soleil have gotten out of Akkurat, and Sweden has extremely strict laws prohibiting sales for off-premise consumption (you'll lose your license if it happens even once).

So things that are not supposed to be for go-to sales sometimes escape into the wild. It doesn't happen often, but it happens.

It is highly likely that no 375ml bottles of Friend Ship blend were bottled at Cantillon. That should have been the first clue that he was lying.

There are like 800 good reasons to believe that was a lie and 0 good reasons to believe it wasn't.

I just did this exact same thing the other day. Wasn't anything lambic worthy that sparked my interest, couple of reservas and I'm good to go.

What's the law like regarding gifts? Could Akkurat legally gift a good customer a bottle, so long as no money, goods or services were exchanged for it?

I had forgotten i had a few bottles and a glass reserved and had to put together an order. No 750 cantillon at all, ended up with a few 2011 3f kriek and a couple 375 rose though. This time a year ago it was easy to get cdc, iris, and all the regular loons. White people are turning it into a lambic wasteland. Tough times we live in.

It's pretty sad that the times I added Iris, Vig and St. Lam to my box was at 4:30 am and it was sold out by about 6:30. I'm just lucky I wake up early.

I have to be to work at 6:30 on the weekends and often wake up at 4:30 or 5 so I can have a cup of coffee and relax before work. Over the last year, I've gone from getting some awesome bottles, to almost nothing in the last three months. I think I've come away with a single St Lam, one iris, and two Cuvee St Gilloise this quarter out of three boxes ordered.
