FYI - Vig is available on Etre

Getting up to go to the gym at 4:30 paid off. I snagged the last Iris and when I checked out there were still 30+ bottles of Vig available. Crazy how quickly they vanish with the new ship later option.

Yea I just missed out on Iris but was able to gret a Vig so I'm happy. It sucks that the hold for shipment makes them go so much faster but overall it's awesome, I wish I could but I can't afford to fill out a box every time I want 1 or 2 harder to get bottles lol

Real talk: what is going on with 2013 Cantillon? Not only have Blabaer and Fou Foune been the worst in memory, but the Belgian flag 750 I opened about a week ago seemed overly acetic to me. Anybody else experiencing this stuff or is it just me? Have had about 4 bottles of the fou and 2 of blabaer and they have all been meh to pretty bad.

I didn't think Blabaer 2013 was any worse than 2012, but Fou has definitely been worse. I had a Belgian Flag a while ago and didn't notice anything wrong with it, but maybe it's gotten worse in the past few months.

I think the other stuff I've had (Mamouche, Rose, Kriek, Iris, etc) has been comparable to previous years too.

Sorry for the ****** quality pic. I love lambics :D

My understanding is the white has the yeast filtered out so no extra bottle conditioning. The white I had was very underwhelming, not much going on with it and since there's no yeast, I assumed it wasn't gonna get better with time.
