How many bottles of lambic do you guys have in the cellar? I'm in the 120-140 range spread amongst Cantillon, 3F, Tilquin, Hannsens, Boon, Oud Beersel, De Troch, Lindemans (cuvée Rene only), a few timmermans (their new stuff)

428 bottles of lambic in my cellar:
152x Drie Fonteinen
138x Cantillon
54x Tilquin
48x Girardin
and a mixture of Boon, De Cam, Lindemans, Hanssens, etc

constantly adding, constantly drinking

Glad I'm not the only one over 400 here.

It's official, need to trade handles with SeaWatchman or callmemickey . I'm not worthy. Only oscillating between 110-120 bottles (about 70/30 750s to 375s). Pretty evenly spread between Cantillon, 3F and Tilquin. Only a few De Cams, Boons, Mega Blends and Hanssens.

And they say GrumpyOldTroll 's handle is a misnomer.

Anyone here have any experience with aged Cuvée René? There are some bottles that I think are from 08' still sitting on the shelves. Been thinking about picking one up.

I don't think it noticeably changes with age all that much, but that said I think it's fantastic "daily drinker" type of gueuze since you can generally always get it. Lindemans makes respectable lambic before they go and sweeten it all up.

Aha! I might pick it up, just for the goof of it.

Anyone still have any of the vintage dated cuvée rene? I remember that as being a much better beer.

Could someone give some info on the De Cam lambiek exclusif? Is this just the kriekenlambiek?

You guys have the lambic cellars that I dream of. I'm only just breaking 60 with the rate of drinking one a month. It's hard to stock up when all my lambic has to be traded for or ordered from Belgium.

Honestly I think the proper bulk order from Belgium is cheaper than I've ever seen here. You have to do some tinkering to get boxes right, but it works. Srs.
