Et tu, Brutus?
No Tilquin? And here I thought we were soulmates.

Tilquin, never heard of it. Is that the stuff that is supposed to taste like soured windex? Pretty sure that is a beer that should be left on the shelf and not purchased.

I want to cry right now. I know a lot of you know how amazing this is, but still.....This is so ******* good I can't even handle it. I wish we were all drinking this together.
ISO: fou foune all the time! FT: anyfuckingthingyouwant!
I had no idea! I love that bourbon! It was my intro to good bourbon when I got married in 2002. I'm definitely collecting these. Did you order the stave?BTW, nice bottle of Blanton's. My favorite bourbon! I drink it so much that I completed the BLANTONS barrel stave!

For those who don't know, each Blanton's bottle stopper has a letter. If you collect them all (B-L-A-N-T-O-N-S), you can organize them on a stave and have a progression of a running horse. Pretty cool!
Did it take you 2 hours to drink it? You gotta dome that sucker and wash it down with another!
Fou Foune is a top 5 beer for me
This beer rocked my world last night!![]()

Just wait until you have one that's been aged 6+ years![]()
I have to disagree. I've had Fou Foune aged for 4 years and one aged for 7. Both had lost that awesome fresh fruit flavor. The reason I love this beer so much is for that fruit character; once that drops off, I'm just left with a world-class lambic minus the fruit!Just wait until you have one that's been aged 6+ years![]()
I love it fresh too but when aged several years it gets extremely tart. I had a 2005 Fou Foune that ripped my mouth apart--in a good way. I'm trying to put away some of my bottles for 5+ years but man it's tough to sit on them for that long.I have to disagree. I've had Fou Foune aged for 4 years and one aged for 7. But I suppose it's all personal preference.
Does there exist a better fruited lambic than Fou Foune? I'm seriously trying to think of one.
Have you never had it?Ugh. Someday I'll be able to suck enough dick for a FF
Have you never had it?
nooope. Missed out on a bottle on Zwanze '12 by like 5 min.
Dude. I legitimately feel sorry of you.

Split the cost with a friend. You'll occasionally be able to snag a bottle for $70. Worth every penny if you haven't had it. BEWARE, you'll want several cases after. This is why Belgian friends are good to haveYeah... Almost want to just buy a bottle on MBC but that makes me feel dirty.
Have you had this year's yet? It's seriously disappointing. Very little fruit flavor.Does there exist a better fruited lambic than Fou Foune? I'm seriously trying to think of one.
