Saying what? Or do you mean it was your email saying that your order's been picked up and requesting for you to proceed to selecting their pickup item and proceeding to checkout?

It was exactly that, yep, for the Dec Brabantiae sale. Confirmation that they picked up boxes and need purchasers to select the Brabantiae pick up option for check out.

Anyone experiencing delays with their Q4 Etre box?

shipped on 12/21 and no updates from USPS tracking.

assuming it’s due to the holidays so I’m not panicking yet.

I received my shipped on 12/21 box on 12/30, which amazed me. Went through Chicago. Interestingly I had a box shipped on 11/20 which went to Los Angels and never moved and Etre just told me yesterday, Jan 6, that LA refused it and they just received it back and I could either get a refund or would have to pay shipping again, and I did pay again. They said they think I am the first person from Texas to have a box go to LA and get refused. Interestingly also they mentioned the box was not opened, and it was listed as "collectible glassware"

Well that doesn’t make me feel better. I’m in Boston and they’re typically delivered in 2 weeks like clockwork.

I paid for mine on 12/24, shipping "notification" (more of in preparation email) on 12/26 and received on 1/2.

I may be on an island here, but there is just something off putting about the A&G that was released with the summer pack. The flavor just seems to be off to me. I drank my second bottle of it last night and had the exact same reaction that I did the first time. Anyone else not digging that blend? Bottle date is 2018-09-26, assemblage n79.

Found it to be super young when I popped a bottle last fall. No off notes, just tasted like it was mostly young lambic (which I believe it was based on the back label). Heavy citrus and a bit too sweet for my liking; no real depth or funk to it yet, but I imagine given the amount of young lambic in it that it'll be some time before it reaches my preferred state. Ymmv.

Drank some lambic this weekend to celebrate the big 4-0. Didn't slay any whales, but went for some work horses instead.

Checked back on the 03/14/15 vintage of 3F OG, since it wasn't my favorite last time I drank it (but I do want to like it, since it was bottled on (the best) pi day). Still not my favorite. Not much carbonation. It's tart but not as funky as I'd like, and the result is a beer that's not as rounded or vibrant as most other 3F OG I have.

The Cantillon Kriek was it's usual, dependable, delightful self.

The VAT 110 was also really enjoyable, with more fruity esters than the HF ale that preceded it. I really like that discovery box!

PS. What looks like a severed finger garnish in the VAT glass is just a balloon in the background. I swear. Don't call the cops.

Happy belated, Andrew!

Fun fact - For those looking to go to Quintessence but missed out on tickets.

https://www.billetweb.fr/2020-quint...n68OXhF4LGLEY1yTZTzodI8PC1qSalUiW3f5ms6UWXP7E

2 tickets available for arrival between 330 and 4pm
5 tickets available for arrival between 4 and 430pm
I came across this a few days ago, but there were 5 tickets for every session. The problem is when you try to book it asks for an email address that apparently must match a list they provided as allowed to buy. I assume it is for special guests they want to guarantee tickets to.

Museum members, most likely.

SeaWatchman any updates on when BfNA tickets will go on sale this year? Would love to make it to that event one year and maybe this is finally the year.

Digita7693 aren't you heavily involved in this as well?

That's a question for Digita7693 as he's part of the crew that plans it. .Info just supports it :)
