"Cubi" is bag in box
No arrangements needed just show up and their available? Also it looks like the jong is not available in the box?

I plan on using it to condition a barrel and for blending, good to know I won’t be tempted to drink it. Since I’ll be bringing this home on the plane I really need a sealed light weight container. The 10 L box would be my preference.
Sounds dangerous. The woman at Girardin warned us about the boxes exploding. After 2 hours in the trunk it had already inflated somewhat so I'm inclined to believe her. But you can bring anything and they'll fill it, so getting a 10liter jerrycan or something might be safer

Wow! Hadn’t considered that.

I think 5+ years ago BiaB got some of these boxes and they were more of a blending lambic in my opinion, I would think they would sell basically any barrel, plus give you a taste before you buy as well.

Yeah jonge = boom!

Walking through the airport with a 10L jerrycan sounds like a good way to get yourself tackled by the authorities.

Did they allow you to pick the lambic or was there only one that they fill with the bags? Would be cool to get a few different ones just to mix and play around with.
I'm pretty sure they don't let anyone in to the brewery. No idea if they would let you pick though

Lambic share went very well yesterday. Since I’m moving back home to Santa Cruz my buddy hosted a share at his place to celebrate. Great beers w great people. Highlights include: FF ‘16, Uli Blend, St Lam ‘13, Hommage ‘16, DHVL 20th, and Golden Blend ‘14 (carbed).

Did anyone blend their own gueuze at Lindemans last year during TDG, and if so have you tried it yet? Just remembered that my effort is back in Lux waiting to be opened.

Yep, I did that.

Pics are somewhere in this thread.

I tasted it in May this year together with bostonvert .

Taste was OK ... But it lacked a lot of carb.

For the 10 € I spent it was a great experiment.
