Nice. We have proofs done for a new glass that we'll sell later this fall as well as original ones. The new ones will be the same glass as the smaller Tilquin tumbler and feature a bit of historical nod to lambic in general.

Revisiting an old favorite. 2007 vintage, bottled Jan 27, 2011. Decanted this for about 45 minutes before tasting. The rest is still in the pitcher. Who knows the last time this thing even saw lambic since Winderickx closed in 1969. Great bottling, slightly acidic but very chewy and grain heavy on the taste with some notes of apricot. Extremely grassy nose. No carb to speak of, and extremely dry.

Due to the recent progression with football in philly I decided to finally try this beast. Had proper decanting vessel on hand as this seemed and is a perfect candidate. Before decanting it's a mess on the pallet, but after it shines. There a nuttiness to it that's unlike anything else, everything else is so smooth and in such balance. Very nice, will look forward to this progression over time!

Or you can try to get some at the brewery , also not too far from Brussels.

It'll be hard to find some at the city centre imho.

I heard they brewed it with maple syrup, chilis, and pecans in honor of the great prop 15. They even made sure it was infected.

Beermerchants put a few cases of Fou Foune, Iris, LPF 2013, Kriek and Gueuze on sale at 12... three hours on, their site is still crippled from the surge in traffic, and they haven't managed to sell all the stock.
