******* how does this **** disappear so quickly? Pardon my programming naiveté, but do people have scripts to order 3F and Cantillon when it goes up? Is that even possible? Do people maintain multiple accounts on there to skirt limits? I was on the site 20 min after Yllib's post and everything was gone.

This morning I went on, by chance just after 8:00 am. Hommage was gone and there wasn't much Cantillon left.

Please stop. Not even kidding this time. Of all the guys on this board I'd rank bvdubn towards the top of those most likely to drive two hours from Lancaster and clear a store out. Please let me continue to enjoy the ability to buy a Cuvee Rene without worry when I visit my parents.
Two hours isn't that bad if the selection is worth it. Its about an hour and a half each way to a bottle shop I like to go to when I have the time but their pricing and different distribution makes it worth it. Where I work now has a shelf full of hannseens too that wont move and if bvdubn hasn't cleared that, he wont clear one two hours away

Which bottle shop is that?

I still don't plan to clear the shelf.

The best one in lancaster;)

That means nothing to me. The only bottle shop I have been to in Lancaster was Hunger-n-Thirst and the only reason I was there was for a tap takeover. I think I left with 2 or 3 bottles.

Now that I think about it I have also been to The Fridge but never bought anything because the prices sucked.

Had a request for a mugshot related to an ISO. Figured this is the right place to post.

The last time I had that beer...

Trappistworld has $50 golden blend 750s... which seem ok when compared to the $160 hommage.

Go get demand lambix, new$

Have you had one recently?

Yeah. While the beer has definitely changed since it was first released, I don't think any of the change over the last few years really has to do with any change in the hop contribution. I've been lucky to have had more than 30 bottles of this (thanks to buying a ton of this when it was still regularly available both for in-house and to go at Monks and the Belgian Cafe) and more than a few times on draft, and I've always enjoyed this one. Got a couple bottles left :)

Further adventures in trying out 'shelf' lambic in Benelux... The local Delhaize supermarket here has, out of the blue, started stocking Cuvée Rene Kriek 75s for the bargain price of €4.35. I would never have looked twice at a Lindemans Kriek before reading this thread but bought a couple and ****, it's really good. Thanks, LDT patrons.

So happy it's in the states now.

Does anyone know what this bottling date is? I was thrown off by the "BB" part because I thought that corresponds to the month. But "BB" would be equivalent to 22, so I'm really not sure. Thanks for any help.
