If me and Cher could turn back time, we would buy all the Cantillon's we casually scoffed at online, thinking they'd wait for us. I guess Cantillon isn't Ryan Gosling in the Notebook. HE WOULD HAVE WAITED FOR US.

I use one with some regularity, but you literally have to be on their site when they throw the bottles up, because they're gone within 10 minutes. I've caught it twice at the right time, and was rewarded those times.

What Cantillon are you looking for? I have had no problem buying significant amounts of Classic Gueuze, Kriek, and Rose from the sites we all know about. It may be out of stock most of the time, and you can't just order cases and cases of stuff, but I've had no trouble getting at least a couple cases worth per year of the three basic beers (in 750s...) just by reloading the shops a few times per day. That's with no shenanigans like fake accounts or having relatives order or whatever.

I'm just hoping to stumble upon some Vig at some point, still have never actually had it. Could trade for it, but the hunt is more gratifying.

Spend enough money at a webshop that you're offered a bottle, pay way too much for it (either on a rip off site or in a package deal on BiaB with some other ****** stuff you don't want), get it or have a friend or relative get it while traveling in Europe, or do an international trade. These are really your options.

Poured this beer to aid in unpacking the beast in the background...

Not a pure lambic, but it does have some in it! I'm really enjoying this, probably my favorite lambic/non-lambic blended beer to date.

A store here ran a ballot for their loon shipment.... a mate got a St Lam, and they want $45 for it. Everywhere else had them non-ballot for $33.

****** thing to do. Also surprising because the shop is one of my favourites. Every location has a great range of beer, and the staff give a **** about helping you out. We don't know **** about wine but they never put us wrong.

Weak

I have run out of ideas for searching for Cantillon online. I have used several search engines, gone to the google sites for different countries and searched in their native languages, bravo to those of you who have found honey holes, because this is impossible.
Its more about timing that anything else. I don't know of any that have a good offering that is consistently in stock either.

this is probably a dumb question but does anyone know if that lambikstomper bottling by boon(?) is still available anywhere online anywhere?

in the midst of my self imposed beer buying restriction i talked myself out of getting it when BIB had it as a multiple bottle package and recently saw etre is out despite having it restricted to 1 pp.

Etre was out a long time ago, they just put up like three more bottles recently randomly (which sold right away of course). Aside from that I don't think they've been available anywhere for some time. Have seen a few ISO posts recently.

Even Gary Blackwell has sold his bottles

lindemans special blend cuvee rene is back up on BIAB no limit. I was bummed to miss out before, but got my fill now

Grrrr had 5 in my cart and then boom they made me change it. I thought I would at least get 1 but no dice. Does anyone know how their system works? I thought since it was in my cart it would let me proceed to checkout. Maybe someone else had a bunch in their cart and then checked out so that changed the stock? I at least grabbed a couple Spontanbasil which I am really excited about, among other things.

Neither Etre nor BiaB reserve items in your cart. You have to move on to (or perhaps beyond) the "confirm order" place and to where you pay before the bottles are guaranteed.

The BIAB system goes like this: "We will sell you 1 beer you want if you order 11 beers you don't want". Was really surprised they put Tilquin out as a single. As good as their shipping is, I stay away from that site for the most part.

That's not really the BiaB system. That is very occasionally what they do with limited Cantillon (and with Framboos) but not really with anything else. I've ordered many boxes from them including some rare stuff and never once ordered a package deal.

The Red Viper that was a joke. It just pissed me off when they did it for framboos. Good thing my other site had them in stock for over 12 hours :) I know they release some good stuff individually sometimes. Cheers.
