I've got my second ale fermenting right now, but i'm thinking i want to start making some lagers too. I have a temperature controler on the way, but right now I don't have anything but a fermenting bucket and bottling bucket. So, i'm obviously going to need something new to lager in, but I didn't know if i can do that in a better bottle or if i need a glass carboy for it. I've been reading a lot about the benefits of the better bottle, but i haven't seen anyone talk about using it in lagering. I'd rather use a better bottle if it wont cause issues, but I can understand if glass is necessary.
