I berwed a Oktoberfeast on 4/29 and frementated it at 52 deg for @ 2 weeks and then racked into secondary. I had it in the secondaryat 38 deg. for @ 5 weeks now and planed on keeping it in the secondary for several months befor bottling.
The question is will it still carbonate in the bottle after this extended time or
should I bottle it then lager the bottle.
Will I have to add additional yeast at bottling to get the carbonation that is needed.
Being my first lager I am just learning.
