I have a recipe I want to make, but it calls for lager yeast. Given that I live in Houston, my apartment doesn't get below 72 degrees, and is usually around 76. Unfortunately I do not have a refrigerator or anything to ferment in, so would it be better for me to use ale yeast? Or will the lager yeast ferment at those temperatures, and be better for me to use?
