Which of the (dry) Kveik yeasts is the most neutral?
What dry strains have you seen? The common strains I know of are Lutra from Omega, and Voss sold under a couple brands. Of those, Lutra would be my choice for neutral. I recently split a batch with two dry yeasts from kveik.com (Eitrheim & Stalljen). They claim that Stalljen at cool temps is neutral, and it was the most neutral of the two, but fermented at ~80F it imparted quite a bit of yeast character.

I've used Omega Lutra at ale temps (62-66) and also warmer (70-74) and it is very very neutral. Lallemand Novalager is also in that category; the few times I've used it I've gotten more of an 'ale' taste from the beer than a lagerish flavor/character, including under pressure, no matter what temperature it ferments at.
