Hey There! Searched for this online and came across no answers.

I've been looking at getting a kegerator recently, and there's one of Marketplace that has an exposed insulation on the door. A couple of DIY videos I've watched on youtube have them sealing the door insulation after they take out the plastic covering with some sort of covering and/or tape.

Just wondering if this was a long term issue? Will there be issues with the mosture getting to the insulation? Should I be looking for one that's sealed and/or built for the purpose of being a kegerator?

Thanks for any advice :)

You mean they removed the (plastic) inside panel, with the molded trays and bins, that was mounted on the inside of the door?

What's the insulation, fiberglass wool or styrofoam?
Post a picture maybe?

How old is that fridge? Is it working well?
