I brewed a mole inspired stout a few months back, with cinnamon, chocolate and a few different peppers. I went to tap the keg today and it’s just a geyser. Total foam. When I try to release the pressure it just sprays everywhere. I poured a taster and I don’t taste anything off, so I’ve somewhat ruled out infection. Only thing I can think is I kegged too early and it kept fermenting in there? I don’t know. Any thoughts??

How much pressure did you use to burp the keg?

How much pressure and did how long did you carb?
