Just started a coffee stout (first one). First beer in at least 5 months luckily it's just like riding a bike. I only forgot a few things but quickly corrected and hopefully get this beer done and the other two I've got ingredients for done by Monday so I can restock the keezer. New babies and a 3 year old will put a serious damper on making beer but it's worth it.

My new brew partner.

I hear you. I had to brew in the early morning (before the kids woke up). I would mash in at 10:00PM and then start running at 5:00 AM

Yea I finished up at midnight and had to go no chill and pitch the yeast today because my CF chiller was clogged and I didn't get it fixed until this morning. Kind of disappointed in that but I think I'll be ok in the long run

Same here.
Two kids put a halt to my brewing for about a year and a half.

Just brewed a saison about 2 weeks ago and getting ready to bottle.
Plan on brewing a belgian strong ale directly after I bottle.
