Johnson Controls A419 error code

Everything was fine until i unplugged it from one fridge and moved to another and then i got a C03 or Co3 (dont know if its a zero or an "o")code that flashed a few times and then it displayed the ambient temp. Can anyone who knows something about electrical work tell me what the hell this means?? Ive searched the entire internet and there is NOTHING about this code. This is a brand NEW controller

Try resetting asd to 0, then go back to the main menu. That seems to solve the problem for some people. If that fails, try unplugging and letting it set for a bit, then plug into another outlet. If neither work, it would seem to me that there would be a short in the unit and at that point it would return or replace it.

There's a post on HBT here that suggests the C03 is a firmware version.

In the same thread here there is a post that says you might be able to clear up whatever ails the unit by setting the ASD to 0. Then change the ASD to whatever value you want.
