Many times. Very, very good beer. The wort in your sight glass looks pretty light for the recipe from Brewing Classic Styles. Which one did you use? What was the lovibond of your chocolate malt?

I have meant to brew that beer for...... damn...... 5+ years. Never done it. Time to put it on the schedule I think!

Brewed once knowing I'd be over stuffing my 5 gallon mash tun at the time. Got a lousy 60% efficiency, so I scaled back the bittering hops and still had a wonderful, more sessionable beer.

Second time brewing it was a 10HL batch at Boxing Cat Brewery in Shanghai. We had to make a hop substitution for the Northern Brewer with others on hand. They've repeated it once or twice since then. It's sold as Undercard Imperial Brown. That was a treat of a day.

I'll need to put it on deck as something to brew here at home.
