Hi, it's been a couple years since I've been a member of this site and brewed. I took a few years off. Half batches got me interested again. Keeping it small and simple. Does anyone know if a thread or subsite was created specific to smaller batches? Not BIAB, but recipes and advice on 2.5g or similar size batches. All grain. Thank you in advance!

Welcome back! If you search small batch brewing at the top of the page in the search engine you will get many pages of posts. I don't think there is a section just on small batch brewing yet.

There really isn't anything special about making a different batch size except to scale the ingredients to the right amount.

I make small batches and use the same techniques as larger ones. As said above, just need to scale recipes to the size you want, I use Brewers Friend for that. There is a book called Brooklyn Brew Shops Beer Making Book that has some interesting one gallon recipes. You could scale them up a little if you want.
