Though there is a learning curve so don't be disappointed if mistakes are made as long as a lesson is drawn from them.
 
As long as I remember to put fermentables and yeast into something reasonably clean...I'm drinking it.....that's just how I brew. I enjoy talking about marginal brews more than great brews
