Did a dead ringer ipa w/ specialty grains two weeks ago.. OG was 1.056ish used dry safale 05 pitched no starter. Ferment temp @ 67°…1 week in primary had good activity, krausen fell back so racked to secondary to dry hop for a week. Did have a nice yeast cake on bottom. Took a gravity last night.. came in at 1.013.. kit says 6 wks.. seems mine is ready to bottle?
