I've had my beer kegged for about 2 weeks. I want it to be more carbonated. What could I do to to increase the carbonation?
Mine is set at 12 psi and at 40F. When you hold it up to the light there is hardly any bubbles rising compared to commercial craft beer. It taste O.K. A pint will lose it's head and seem almost flat before it's gone ( if you let it sit a little longer that I normally do ).
I'll try turning up the psi to 15 and see what happens.
