Easy! Turn up the PSI. What PSI is it at? I would put it at 15 for a day and see if you like it. Depending on your beer line length/tap height, that should work pretty nice
 
Mine is set at 12 psi and at 40F. When you hold it up to the light there is hardly any bubbles rising compared to commercial craft beer. It taste O.K. A pint will lose it's head and seem almost flat before it's gone ( if you let it sit a little longer that I normally do ).

I'll try turning up the psi to 15 and see what happens.

That description sounds like your lines are too short, not that the beer is undercarbed. Do you have beerlines at least 6 feet long?
 
I use 4-6 ft lines (3/16" ID Bevlex 200). So if you are having head retention problems, something is going awry in your process.

Major things going against head retention = soap, don't use soap on ANY brew equipment.
Any other oils, too.

That is the main detriment to head retention. If the beer pours great , but the head doesn't last then you need to look into head retention (buy don't think that just adding 2% Wheat malt to the grist is going to give you what you need, something is prolly wrong with your process somewhere along the way)
