2# flaked wheat
2# flaked barley

2oz Horizon Pellets FHW
3oz Strisselspalt Pellets 10mins
3oz sweet orange peel 5 min
4g Grains of Paradise 5 min
6tsp corriander
3 packs Wyeast Belgian Witbier

Too much hops, not enough? Spices yes/no?

How hoppy do you want it?

Looks like a lot of wheat but it is a big beer.

I prefer hoppy beers but in this one I would rather the character of the wheat, yeast and spices be predominant.
