My best so far out of 30+ batches. I was shooting for an easy drinking, lightly hopped, Florida summer beer. This is everything I wanted and more. Spectacular to look at and drink!

2# Briess Goldpils Vienna
1# Briess Bonlander Munich
1 Hallertau Blanc at 60
1 HB at 10
2 HB added at pitch.
1 Whirlfloc at 15
WLP090 San Diego Super Yeast
Pitched at 65F. I have no temp control so I just let it rise naturally. I like 090 because it reaches FG in about 3 days.
OG = 1.057
FG = 1.011
ABV = 6%
