Well I guess I've never Introduced myself. I'm Luke, and I'm a home-brewer.
Have 6 batches under my belt, moved to all grain pretty quickly, after my second extract batch.

I'm curious what the 'must reads' are?
I've browsed Palmer's How To Brew, online,
I've read Brew Chem 101
And am planning on picking up Brewing Classic Styles,
Any other suggestions?

This site is amazing...I was on here for about a year before I read Palmer and there was very little I learned from it that I didn't already learn here or from links people posted.

Radical Brewing is a great read

Brew Like a Monk is essential if you like belgians
