Im abou to try this saison recipe ive just come up with. My last saison got dark and hazy. Im going to speed up the cooling but what else can i do to get the beer a lighter color and not so much cooling haze thingy?
Heres my plan: bring 13 liters of water to 70 degrees C. Sdd all the grain(biab). Keep it at around 65 degrees for 90 min. Sparge with 3 liters of 70degrees water. Then boil it while adding 2.5 liters boiling water for 90 min. This should give me a total of 12 liters of beer...
